Welcome! We're so glad you're here. By purchasing any of our coaching services, you agree to the terms below. These are designed to support a clear, respectful working relationship and to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved.

1.  Our Services

We provide coaching services focused on personal and professional growth.

This includes:

One-on-one coaching, Group coaching, Workshops, Seminars, and Special Events.

Our goal is to support you in taking meaningful steps forward.

Your presence, commitment, and honesty are key parts of that process.

2.  Payment

Payment is due in full before your coaching program begins, unless we’ve agreed in writing to a payment plan.

We offer financing options through Stripe, which allow you to join us more comfortably and spread out payments over time.

This also helps us keep our costs lower by avoiding the need for internal billing systems.

If you have questions about how to set up a payment plan or use Stripe financing, we’re happy to walk you through it.

Just reach out—we want working with us to be as smooth and accessible as possible.

3.  Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching services, even in cases of scheduling conflicts or dissatisfaction.

We encourage you to reach out with any questions before enrolling—we're here to help you make an informed decision.

4.  Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be considered used.

This policy helps us honor our time and yours, and keep scheduling fair for all clients.

5.  Timeliness

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered missed and will not be rescheduled.

6.  Confidentiality

Everything shared during coaching sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality.

We will only disclose information if legally required or if there is a concern about immediate harm to you or someone else.

Your privacy is important, and we do everything we can to protect it.

7.  Materials & Intellectual Property

Any materials or content provided during coaching are the property of Corytime Global Outreach, LLC.

You are welcome to use these tools for your personal growth, but they may not be copied, distributed, or modified without permission.

8.  Use of Your Image & Video

We may occasionally use video or images from group sessions, workshops, or events in our marketing materials.

Here's what you should know:

By participating, you give us permission to use your image or voice in promotional content (such as on our website or social media).

Please update your Zoom display name to something you’re comfortable sharing publicly.

We won’t blur names afterward.

We will not share personally sensitive or confidential content.

You will not receive compensation for the use of this material, and you waive the right to review or approve how it is used.

If you'd prefer not to be included in any promotional content, just let us know.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

9.  Language & Topics

Our coaching sessions may include adult language or the discussion of real-life, complex topics.

Occasionally, strong language may be used to connect with or challenge an audience, always with respect and discretion.

We aim to create a space that is bold, honest, and growth-focused—while still being thoughtful and professional.

10.  Disclaimer

Our services are designed to support your growth, but they are not therapy, medical treatment, or legal/financial advice.

We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat mental, emotional, or physical health conditions, and we do not work outside our certified scope of practice.

If you are currently seeing a therapist, psychologist, or counselor, we recommend letting both your provider and us know about the other.

This helps ensure that all the support you receive works in harmony.

Ultimately, you are responsible for your own decisions and the actions you take as a result of coaching.

11.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Corytime Global Outreach, LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of our services.

12.  Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Wyoming, where Corytime Global Outreach, LLC is incorporated.
